i have a 2000 blazer and i just recently noticed that when i shut my windshield wipers thhey wont go all the way down.. i tried pushing them down to help them a little, they go down but wil bounce right up (when i mean come up maybey an inch or so so its really not a big deal but if your particualr like me you know how i feel) any one have any suggestions or had the same problem?

Remove the wiper arms by removing the nut at the wiper pivot.
Turn the wipers on, then off to the park position.
Install the wiper arms in the correct park position, install the nut and give it a try.
