2000 Blazer Rear Speaker Mounting
Greetings -
On my 2000 Blazer LT (4-door) I've replaced the front door 6.5"speakers. I purchased an identical set to install in the rear, but the mounting depth is too shallow to allow the speakers to fit. The bracket in the rear door had kind of a cone shape to the back of it, which my speaker hit. Are there different brackets? Should I try a spacer ring? I'm kind of at a loss as what to do here. Has anyone overcome this issue? Thanks.

RE: 2000 Blazer Rear Speaker Mounting
well, u could return the 2 speakers for the rear and buy the slim mount speakers. They are basically thinner so it should fit in the rear doors. i have a 2000 blazer as well and thtz what i did
