Default Rear spare tire rack mounting

I just recently salvaged an old rear spare tire rack off a blazer from the junk yard. Any suggestions on mounting or anybody know how to mount one on a blazer that doesnt have a trie rack. its one of the swing out tire racks...

Check out Benedict1337 truck and posts. He has a 4 door that he just mounted a swing out carrier on.
