Default 92- How deep are the 4x6's?

So I acquired this hoopty and the speakers have all rotten. I am sick of waking up at 430 to go to PT (Physical Training) with nothing to get me going. So I bought an Alpine and now need to replace the speakers. I am looking for the max depth that I will be able to use to I can start my search.

Even if you do not know, if you know of or have some aftermarket speakers in yours please let me know and I will look up the depth so at least I know that size would fit.

I did try to search but all I could find was that they were simply 4x6's.

TIA

I got an Alpine 9856 if I am not mistaking, and I am going to be looking at something a little bit on the higher end. The hoopty reference was more referring to the condition I purchased it in and the fact that the surround is completely gone on the speakers, and the cones have cracks all in them. I apologize I didn't make myself clear.
