Angry 98 4dr blazer rear speakers not working

Hi all, first post here. Just bought this truck yesterday. The radio worked fine last night, all speakers working. This morning I get in and only the 2 dash speakers work? Any ideas? I saw some other posts about blown speakers but it seems odd they would all go out overnight? Thanks, Mike

is it all 4 speakers in the doors or just the two rear ones? do you have an aftermarket headunit installed or is it the oem that came with the vehicle?

My stock speakers were odd, sometimes if you slam the door they would work ok, then just stop working all together. I replaced then with a pair of 2 way kickers and haven't had a issue since.

yea my two in the back went at the same time, when i took them out i realized why. cheap materials that basically fell apart in my hand. but i replaced them with pioneers and they never sounded better

Yes, it is all four of the rear speakers, front & rear doors. Weird thing is when I left work to go home last night they all worked again, then this morning same thing, only dash speakers working. Could it be a moisture issue? Truck is parked outside at night? Oh, and it is the stock head unit and most likely all factory speakers. When I have time I'll probably get into replacing them.

delco is very very cheap speakers and the connection are brittle and can come loose cause the speakers work on and off. when I pulled mine all the cones were ripped

Have to say I was skeptical that it would just be the speakers but after replacing the two in the rear doors I haven't had any problems with them cutting out anymore. I'll do the front doors soon. Thanks for the help guys.
