Default Box Stuffing?

I will be building a sub box this weekend and I'm ordering a new sub also. Is the box stuffing that crutchfield sells really the dog's danglies or just snake oil? I have never used this before in any of my other boxes I've owned.

Thanks!

just go buy a cheap pillow, open it up and use it. You will not be able to tell the difference between it and the crutchfield stuff.

yes it works. But the trick is, you have to know what it is supposed to do. And you have to use it in the correct application. You cant just trhwo it in any old enclosure and expect miracles.
