Default CD player problem solved

howdy all.
just an update. a week or so ago i wrote of my CD player not workingon my recently purchased 03 blazer. kept getting "check CD" message. after trying several different means to diagnosed the problem to no avail, i remedy'ed the situation once and for all. I put in an after market sony deck. now, not only can i play CD's. i can play them in mp3, wav and atrac format and have front aux input for my mp3 player. chevy wanted over $500 to replace factory installed radio. for half that price i got a far better sounding stereo installed. now the tennessee hills all alive with the sound of loud music. gas mileage increased too, becausebass plays so goodthat tires are hardly on the ground anymore. lol.
thanks for everyone's advice.
