I didnt take any pics of that process because I never knew I was gonna join a forum lol! But all I did was extend the ac vent lines and routed 1 behind the glove box and cut a hole in the pocket to mount my vent. The other vent is on the left side of the ashtray in the pocket.the vents move so your still able to cool off fairly quickly, the only bad thing is the air doesnt hit your face.

I will post pics to show you how the radio bezel was built though!

and thats how it was done!

93 s-blazer, pioneer avh-p4100dvd. crappy phone pic. The bezel wasn't mounted down yet in this pic, most of the gaps are gone when mounted.

I am about to be doing the same thing to my 1st gen. I have an 88 and about to drop in a Kenwood DDX516...hopefully...
