You mean those subs with the tiny motors or the subs that weight a ton and get beat by a little iD MAx?

Ha, x2 for the type R's.
i've got the same amp pushing 2 12' CVR's. If i didnt amplify my interior speakers, i probably wouldnt hear much mid/highs.

I've got an Elemental Designs e12o.44 flat cone sub and it is the best sounding sub I've ever heard. I took my system out of my truck for the Christmas rush due to increased car prowlings and thefts. So I got bored and decided to take the sub out of my home theater sub (Velodyne) and hook up my ED sub to that amp. HOLY CRAP does it ever sound good as a home theater sub as well, rattled the $$^# out of everything, and sounded AMAZING when I tested it out on the last big fight seen in Transformers. Beat the crap out of the Velodyne driver (which is also a 12") I want to find a second one so I have one in my house and my truck. Anyways, bottem line is if you want a sub that puts out quality as well as quantity, then try and find this sub. Alpine is also awesome, I really like the R series as well. Good luck!
