If you're in the market for budget amps... Look for Lightning Audio's Bolt series amps... Great sound quality (My alpine amp is only slightly better, just a lot louder, and drew less power from the electrical system...) and you can usually get them dirt cheap on ebay... Mine cost me $25 NIB, and is 300W RMS
