The Rockford 15s are gone. In it's place will be 4 Rockford Fosgate P2D4 12s in this box.

The woofers have been ordered, I'll try to start this box within the next couple days, assuming my cash flow doesn't dry up. I'll be running a Kicker Impulse 2252 to each pair. Each woofer should see 450 watts. Should be a little louder than the old setup.

No, that's the 1 dimension of that box I'd change. I was thinking about going 38 wide, 30 deep by 14 tall. If this box doesn't work out, I've already got my eyes on another design. I have some time until the woofers show up, they should be here between the 9th and 15th

Just a quick update. The new box is built, subs are in and wired. It's VERY loud! I'd guess I'm doing about 150 DB. I've yet to meter it, the subs aren't broke in yet, so I have to take it easy. Here are a few pics of the enclosure and subs.

In the Blazer

It's a tight fit, but things worked out perfect. I even have room in the back for a spare Optima blue top. My brother and I were tuning it last night and with the truck running, the voltage meter on the cluster dropped to a needle above 9 volts. Time for an electrical upgrade. The roof flexes like crazy, so, time for some Dynomat.

Got some new amps today. If anyone is looking for a small (in size), yet powerful amp, I'd definitely suggest getting an Audiopipe APSM1500. 1500 watts of legit power and they're around 125 shipped. I just got 2 and they are nuts! They even come with a bass **** and their own fuse holder. Here is a pic of the amps and the bass know. Please ignore the wiring, it'll get cleaned up. The amps are 14 inches long, 6 inches wide and about 2 inches tall. They've got fans (they can be a little loud), but for what they are, they seem to be pretty stout little amps. I'm diggin them.

Just a quick update. I metered my Blazer today with my brother's Audiocontrol Epic160, got 152 on the dash and 154 at the kick panel. I'm getting there. Need to fix a couple issues, like roof flex and upgrade my speaker wire size.

There is a guy that lives about 90 miles from me that said he'd meter it on his Term Lab. I was excited when the meter hit 153 on the dash, we didn't get a pic of that, just the 152 reading. So, we'll see what the Term Lab does

Got bored and wanted more front stage, so, I've decided to make my own kick panels. This is where I'm at so far.
