So it was like 55 degrees out today and i decided to install my subs. Ran every thing fine, small problem was where to run my ground from my amp...only thing i can think of is running it to where my jack is and grounding it to the body, any one got any other suggestions? i was also thinking to unscrew the tie down hook screw and putting it in there but didnt think it would be good enough...

 

Whatever you do, just make sure that you clean off the metal. The hold down clamp location would be good so long as it doesn't end up being a problem with sub placement and what not.

 

If I remember that is where I hooked my ground to. Haven't had a problem with it.

good spot is under the back seat in 2nd gens....

There ya go! Now you've just got to attach your sig!! HA!!

 

best place i found on my blazer is to the seat bolt holding the seat down. never had any problems.

 

I also unbolted the center backrow seatbelt and sanded off the paint and it has worked great.
