yea, 1200 w to both, since there's 2 its 600 each, you'll get the same wattage as it is wired now, but if they share the same airspace they need to receive the same signal from the amp, otherwise with a stereo signal they can be fighting each other when the signals are different (left vs right).

Im worried about this though,each sub is 500 watts peak. So wouldnt sending 600 watts peak be a bad thing to each sub?

 

it cost you 40 bucks...are you THAT worried? just turn down the gain a bit and youll be fine.

 

I just got em. I want to at least let em live for a while.
