Default Speakers and other audio questions

ok. so i have a 2000 chevy blazer(4 Door). I already have a pioneer flip-screen stereo, but now i want new speakers cause the ones that i have are almost shot. I know nothing about speakers and **** like that so i need some help.

1) what are the speaker sizes for the doors and the dash?

2) whats a good set of performance speakers that are cost efficient? (I'd prolly get speakers for the doors and the dash.)

3) i've also been thinkin of getting a subwoofer. What's a good one that would go well with the new speakers?
