I would recommend putting the deadener on when the panels are warm. If you live in a cold area, use a heat gun to heat up the panels, or wait till a warm day. Ill get you the dimensions as soon as I can.

always fuse the power wire within 18 inches from the battery. Just get a distro blcok that you can put fuses in and buy fuses rated the same as those on the amp itself.

ok for my big three i have an open spot in my distro which will be as close to the battery as possible. should i use the open spot or leave it and go directly from the battery. If i use the open spot in the distro what size fuse would i get.

also what size speaker wire would you recommend for the pdx1000? For the remote turn on wire will i have to run one for each amp or can i go from one amp to the next? what size wire for this?

you wont need 2 batteries. You only need more batteries if you plan on powering your system with the vehicle turned off, or if you have a very power demanding vehicle while in idle. Dual batteries is a big pain in the butt, especially if they are different brand, type orage. you have to buy a battery isolator and wire everything up properly. Not worth it unless absolutely necessary.

power wire should be no larger than 4ga, and no less than 8ga depending on how long the wire needs to be. remote wire should be no larger than 18ga. How many amps will be needing a remote wire?

The big 3 power wire is really your preference. Either way will work just fine.
