I bought the cheapest kit on eBay back when I bought mine. (around $60 total) They're most likely all manufactured at the same factory and have different labels stuck on them and packaged differently.

Mine have lasted a year now without any problems.

I've been planning on buying some new 55W HIDs from this website.

are those plug and play kits. i dont want to have to try to find other parts that i will need. I would like a kit that includes everything.

They're ALL plug-n-play kits.

You can buy JUST bulbs or JUST ballasts but anything that say's "conversion" or "kit" will come with ballasts and bulbs.

The bulbs plug into the ballasts which plug into your existing headlight wiring. For my HIDs, I also bought a wiring relay so they draw their power from the battery instead of through the headlight switch/wires. I haven't seen any kit that comes with the wiring harness so if you want that, you'll have to buy it (or build it) separately.
