There are TONS of pics and threads detailing people's CB radios. I've been debating on where to mount mine as well whenever I get it.
I know people have just mounted to the top of the dash (I'm trying to avoid that for a cleaner look). People have also built brackets to mount down by the cigarette lighter and ashtray. If you have a smaller one you might try and mount it on one of the panels on either side of the steering column...
Just do a little looking around. You'll find some great ideas

I had an all-in-one Cobra (everything on the handset with just a little box to connect power and antenna). I mounted the box in the center console with the plug for the handset mounted to the rear of the console. When I unplugged the handset, it was all but invisible and I could toss the handset in the glove box. Got surprisingly good reception with the all-in-one, too.

I put my cb in the tray under the cigerette lighter. I didn't even bolt it down, it stays there just fine. I also put a cigerette lighter adapter on the power wire so i could take it out quickly if i needed to.

A suggestion, search then if you can't find an answer start your own thread dealing with the problem you have and don't jack somebody elses thread with something thats not even dealing with the topic at hand.
