i got my first set of thingys from my sponsoring shop. a few speakers actually.

200 watt 5.25 inch Component set by Alphasonik
500 watt 6x9s from AudioPipe

tonight i am glassing the dash to hold the 5.25" mids and the side columns to hold the tweets, then building a new center console peice to hold the 6x9s by the floor in between the 2 front seats, by were your feet will be. then running amps all around. it should be sweet.
im going to be redoing a lot this week since i have a hot new date on friday night. gotta be done and looking good. tonight will be pulling dash, glassing pods, starting console. tuesday will be bondoing, sanding, painting. weds will be console, thursday will be finish whatever is left. woot stuff.

oh, pictures will be had, again - i start it tonight, its not even ripped out yet. but the nest will be gone. ahahahahaha!!!

i cant wait myself, im gonna get home about 3 and start on it, my plan is to ripp apart the dash entirly, then cut my rings and start the glassing. once that is to a point of setting to dry, i will clean out the whole truck and pull wiring. replace some and rerun it all to clean it up a bit. once thats done i will apply another layer of glass to strengthen and then start on the console. im hoping to get the wiring, pods setting, and the consol started tonight. tomarrow i will bondo the dash peices and sand smooth, then primer and paint, and clear coat. let dry over night. hopefully get the console well on the way, weds will be to busy for anything, then thursday night i plan on installing everything back in and going to the audio shop to show what i did. And posting pics every day or two. i really am excited. i hope it all goes well. i just need to remember to take my time, not to rush anything, and do it right.
