the axle used a track bar on the wagoneer originally .... but I installed it today
we had to relocate the axle side track back mount and we had to heat up the bar and twist it .... some thick *** metal was hard to twist

I saw the trailgear hoop but bought this one yesterday
All Pro Off Road Universal Shock Hoops | eBay
its 1 inch wider and .5 shorter

so with the track bar in its like a whole different world no bump steer at all

km if you thought it was tight before you should see how tight it is with a track bar now

diaita can you please upload a pic of your shock hoop or do you have one in your thread

oh I also bent the drag link for better clearance on steering and trim the front cross member alittle my boss thinks its crazy to cut out the front cross member and talked me out of it and that when we ended up bending the drag link.... bending it also gave me a little bit turning ratio's

So the track bat ended up rubbing on oil pan so we heated it up and bent it down more

Here it is, there are two braces that come with the kit that go back, and weld to the top of the frame rail.

the front axle i put under there had shock tabs already in place and and thats just where they lined up at. really no performance thought went into it at all

its just a off road truck, never sees any street and seems to work fine. the rears are even worse, the mounts are just on top of the axles going straight up to the s10s factory positions. but again works fine. ive had this truck for going on 6 years i think and no issues involving any of the suspension

my axle had original shock tab where your talking about but I cut them off and welded them on top of the axle to line up with the ord kit hanger which im ditching shortly

so my track bar is still rubbing ..... I know my gf brother has a dumb body ford with the same front axle and a track bar that mounts on the u bolt plate im going to look into seeing if I could adapt this into my truck
