So when I had the rear universal replaced my mechanic said that the shift cable popped off really easy, well it popped off twice since then so new cable is on order. Looks like the nylon bushing has worn out. I have some zip ties on it for now until the cable arrives middle of next week. Some of the brackets looks like they need cleaned up and painted so I'll tackle that at the same time.

Shifting cable came today so I decided to start changing it. The rug is a PITA, very stiff and not much give. I only got to spend about an hour on it however it is out and I will have to finish it on Saturday as I am out for work the rest of the week.

Installed some vent visors today and my rear end cover gasket came. Going to try an do all the fluids over the next few months (rear, transmission, differential) as I do not know the last time they were changed (if at all). Noticed that my fuel filler neck is leaking so that has been added to the list.

Thanks. Looks good for the most part. I had some rust issues fixed last October however they are coming back through so not sure what to do. Rest of the blazer body is good. Starting to get some minor issues popping up but it gives me something to do so I'm okay with that. A new ZR2 might be arriving this week so I've got some thinking to do on what the future of this Blazer is going to be if I buy it.

Many thanks to everyone once again for all the support over the last two years. I bought a new ZR2 and decided instead of having this sit, I decided to sell it. It was great to be back in a Blazer for awhile and you never know, I might get another one someday.

Put a topper on that baby, carpet the bed, and open the beer window....it's a Blazer!
