Hi Rfunder,
First off, nice looking rig, but it looks like you already have a good wheeling truck, is there anything it doesn't have that you wish it did? Knowing that might be a good place to start.
Second thing to consider is; does it need any attention currently, I spent the first year and half of my build on just rust removal. How is the engine, tranny, and t-case? Anything leaking, running poorly, or just not meeting your needs?
After that it's down to customization, paint job, under-coating, bed lining, sound system.
I started my build by, knowing what I wanted, what I needed, and taking care of the most pressing matters first. I hope this helps, just trying to give you some tips I learned along the way. Good luck!

get your gear ratios matching first of all. put that thing in 4wd now and everything is going to bind and make all sorts of wonderful noises unless you are in slippery stuff

Tbh this is my first tuck that I actuly like and want to spend the time and money on.... And today was the first day I took it out and It did well It does not like to stay in 4wd It will stay intill i start to flex and move the body at all really and it pops out of 4wd Did fine in smaller water but I didnt try anything to crazy still looking at tires and dono what to get thats good for road and Offroad.
And my goal in the long run is to have something I can drive everyday and still go off on the trails with my buddys ...moneys not a issue
Engine is in perfect running condition just not alot of power for this truck
T case not really sure atm All i know is its a 208
Tranny is in good shape only 8k miles on it
Dont know alot about the history on this truck only that who ever built it did not know what they where doing was a mess when i got it
and very very very min rust the only amout of rust is on the driver and pass floor boards

Regardless, I really like these older style Blazers, this one looks really clean.
