I think that's where I'm headed, too. I plugged it back in for the drive to work this morning and it ran like CRAP. Even worse than before. I found a plastic one on Rock Auto for about $70. It's a Dorman. They also have a Delphi for $87. The only thing I've ever bought that was Dorman was a side mirror for another vehicle. Either way, it's about half of what Autozone charges.
Tajohns, is the MAF you bought similar to this one?:

I found it on Amazon also.
My Blazer is throwing a code p0101, so I may need one as well. After a quick search this looks like the best replacement.

Well, ran an OBDII scan and came up with the following new codes, keeping in mind that I had the MAF sensor unplugged for quite a bit of time:
P0101 - MAF circuit range performance
P0102 - MAF circuit low input
P0147 - O2 heater circuit, bank 1 sensor 3
I guess my next step is to clear those, plug the MAF sensor back in and see which ones come back.

Well, had an "I'm an idiot" moment. I cleared my codes, popped the hood, plugged in the MAF sensor, and noticed...that one of the rubber couplers on the CAI intake had worked itself a little bit out of position. Got everything put back and resecured. Drove it, and it runs perfectly. I don't know how I missed it. I'm usually pretty observant. Geez. At least I found it before I spent any money on it.
