Welded up shackle hangers.
Rear axle removed to get regeared. Front axle hanging in place.

This was the damage on the new gear set.
Shackle hangers welded in TIG where I could reach Flux core where I couldn't.
Stock length rear shackles.
Front buttoned up other than brakes.

Yeah I didn't really realize how much work was REALLY involved before I started mine! It is all more than worth it but I've got a lot of hours into mine and many many more to go it that's for sure!
