She looks sad without the winch...

Ok, the manual nv233 is finished:
The slot for the shifter:

The shifter "linkage" :

Added a little bling. This shift **** was in all my previous car`s, so i thought I`ll put it in the blazer too:

That bracket prevents the linkage from coming off. I think it`s not necessary but I feel better with it:

Now I`ll try to repair the winch...

Hi,
it turned out that the shut off switch i put in the in the winch wiring died...

The horns sound ok, but when my air system is finished I`ll put a train horn in there...

The manual shifter controls LO and HI. I already have a switch for 4WD...

There will be a fullsize spare on the left and two jerry cans on the right. Maybe a ammo box too...

I have a 98 4 door and I just put Cragars on it (15 x 8 and 4'' backspacing). It rubs on the back of the fender in the front on some turns, like in and out of the drive way. Should that stop when I lift it 2''? I was planning on putting 31's x 10.5 on it but it think that will make it rub again. I guess the real question is do I have to cut my fenders, and if so where did you get those flares?

Lifting will certainly relieve some rubbing issues but it will also create other issues (more stress on ball joints and CV joints) so you have to decide if it's worth it. It's impossible to say if it will completely stop rubbing though. Springs can be very different from truck to truck depending on age and load on them.

The fender flares on his truck are stock GM flares. They were only available outside of North America. There are a couple people here from New Zealand and other parts of Europe that have them. Everybody wants them.
