Did the bumper build finally. Some things I really like and next there are things I will do different. Started bending the pipe.
Main pipe is 1 3/4 ID Bent with a harbor freight 12 ton pipe bender

Then I bent the upper part

A little help from a friend Welded a plate across the original bumper mounts and then welded the the main bar and upper part to the plate


Put it all back together and through some rustoleum on it. One thing here that would be different is I would put the bumper farther out, away from the truck.


The more I look at it the more I like it

see the dent on the drivers side fender? Did that backing out of the garage after building it. Wouldnt you know

truck looks nice, Got to love the price on those treadwright tires. I have a set of guard dog M/T's on james and love em. Also you can never have too many lights!
