Very nice! If you have any questions on CAD in general or specific questions in Solidworks, I have been using it for a year now and can likely answer a few questions. I am a 10+ year PTC Pro/ENGINEER user so Solidworks isn't that big of a change, but still different enough that I am not as fast in it as I am in, well, PTC Creo is what it is called now.

Nice! I was just hoping you had changed your mind and you were going to SAS this thing instead lol either way I can't wait to see what you end up with!

Thanks Kyle, I'll keep that in mind.


And yes, the blazer is getting the tons, but not with leaf springs. I bought a transmission for the Sierra, so I need to swap that in and then the Sonoma will be sold.

Here is the shell all cut out. Winch plate and mounts will be figured out later.

duct tape and super glue and you`ll be all set

I got the bottom strip tacked on tonight. I need to do a test fit and I think I'll need to trim the top plate a bit. Then I can do the final welding. Then I need to do the winch plate and mounts, but I need to buy steel for that still.
