my brother in law had a seat that looked close to that on his harley. he said that it almost had "grip" and he never had a complaint about it beside it sitting in the sun and getting up to about a million degrees. thats in the cali sun though. other than that......

I get to go to our equivilent of the DMV next month take my test for riding.Worked on the bike all winter into early spring Its ready to ride.

Some grip would be nice, I slide around on the stock seat when I wear my work slacks.

So I had some free time and a little motivation so I pulled the front fender and sanded it down and primered it.



I'll see if I have the time to do the other plastics soon.

So I had some spare time today but it got dark before I could finish.

Tear down.




Sanded.


One side primered with the little middle piece.




And a before and after kinda shot.

I was thinking doing the tank and plastics in black and keeping the frame red.

Here's a chop Mr. Warthog did for me quite a while back.


I'm not 100% sure yet though. I'm open to suggestions.

That looks good, but you need to paint up the motor, too.
