Bike is looking good...lights were a great idea...much better.

Ok so I had to replace the led turn signal flasher relay because the old one would quit flashing after about 5 min of riding. So I did that today and this new one works great.

I also found out last night at 1am that the hid kit I was using in my expensive new projectors is a DC current kit (Xentec) and those are very bad for the lifespan of the bulbs. So since I had a pair of AC current 55w balasts from the blazers old kit I decided to replace them with those today. I'll get night shots of the difference tonight if I can.

So I haven't had a chance to get night pics yet. (Ok I did last night but I forgot. ) So I'll see if I can rig my phone to my handle bars and get a vid tonight for you. The wall shots just don't do these lights justice. You guys need to see them on the road, so I'll see what I can do.

Well I tried taking a vid of the lights but the camera I was using was a cheap one and it was terrible.

Anyhoosle, I fixed my neutral and oil pressure lights on the 'dash' (instrument panel?) today. Turns out the neg. wires were the ones that were switched on and off and the pos. for both had fallen out of the connector. Now the only one that doesn't work is the high beam indicator. Oh well, I can usually tell when my high beam is on.

I'm thinking about getting one of these after I get the FX-R's for the blazer.

Ok so I'm not going to get the exhaust pipe. Apperently it's super loud. I don't need to wake the dead.

I was reminded by Gio that I've never posted pics of the amber led strips I put on as extra turn signals on the front.

And a vid I took. (Click on the pic.)

Well today I took a turn a little quicker than I should have and this was the end result.

I came away with a sprained ankle and shoulder and I also managed to chip a piece of bone off of my wrist. Of course I also have some road rash and minor bruising. Overall I was pretty lucky.

You can see from the pics that the bike will need some work, so I'll post when i get it back from the tow yard and start fixing the new issues.

Thanks, I'm in a decent amount of pain right now, but I'll live.

Well I'm getting it back from the tow yard today. I'll be sure to post pics of the damage later.
