Haha. And money you will spend! It's not cheap when it's all added up. After my divorce, I was just like, screw it! I'm going to do whatever I want! Haha. Worked out pretty well I think. The devil is I'm the details without a doubt. Countless trips to the parts store for all the little things that you forget. Knowing it's a PITA to do it the first time, so you spend the extra coin for premium stuff so you don't have to do it again.

I skimped on my header haskets. Now they are blown and need to be replaced already. Need to go with RemFlex. It's a pain to do those headers lol. It's no joke. If you go that route, let me know. I'll step ya through how I did it. For the record, it's a billion times easier in an SAS rig. Lol.

Yeah it's scary when I add up what I've put into this truck already! Owell it's still a 1/3 the cost of a new truck and a whole lot more fun

Ut ohhhh......

It finally moved!!

Got the steering done this afternoon. I still need to bleed the brakes and move the axle forward but man driving it 50 feet sure as hell was fun today!!! I think I've got my motivation back to get this thing finished
Here's a shot of my steering angles. I think they look pretty good?

This is good info for me. I just picked up some ranger shackles.

I'm going to ask for a favor, or two.lol.

First, can you try and get better pictures of the ranger shackles mounted.

Second, can you take a measurement of the height of the sky front crossmember. The actual member where the leafs mount.

Thanks.

Let's see this blazer drive. Maiden voyage!!!

Awesome, it looks so bad a$$! It looks like your upper steering linkage is really close to your leaf spring, but it could just be the angle of the picture.

Thanks man! The drag bar is really close but its got a 1.5" of clearance so it will be good to go and never hit.

So today I managed to bleed my power steering, move the axle forward, install some gaskets on the 14 bolt and fill it will lube and recheck and tighten all nuts and bolts. I will have help on Monday to get the brakes bled and hopefully be able to take it on a real drive finally. I managed to drive it around the building at work a couple times with was suspect without brakes lol!

Also a local guy stopped by and may be buying just about everything I pulled from the blazer for the swap on Monday so that would be awesome or he has a set of 38" mts on wheels that he is going to bring by for me to check out so maybe we could work out a trade. I will see on Monday I guess.
