Thats a great idea!!! Reminds me of a time I tried to superglue by brothers finger shut after a bar fight! He ended up needing seven stitches lol! I guess thats why im not a doctor

And for the carpet update I ordered some on Monday just waiting for it to get here! Tracking number says the 22nd stupid slow USPS!!

when i cutmyself while working on cars i use thick greese i pump in ujoints to stop the bleeding.

hi i have a question..wouldnt it have ben more feasible to mout your switches in windshield pillar in the plastic trim..the tuner guys mount guages in theirs, dont se why you couldnt mount some switches in there..then run the wires down the post behind the dash..

That's a thought but I plan to eventually put a trans temp and oil temp gauge on the pillar just to keep better tabs on temps. I'm also not sure if there is enough space for the back of the switches to fit. This way it just keeps everything close together and I have something no one else does

the problem with the dash mount is you have to disconnect the switches whenever you take yoru dash surround off, i didn an install similar to that one time.

This is the first time I have ever removed the bezel since I've owned my truck so I'm not stressing over removing it in the future. I will leave the wires plenty long and if in the future I find I need to remove it I will cut the wires behind the bezel and add connectors. I would like to see your install post up a pic please!

My carpet was waiting for me when I got to work today so I threw it on! I think it came out great thanks for the tips guys. Since we all like pics here you go!
