Got a bit more done on the first half door.
Drew some lines

Then I made a few cuts

And a few more

Then I did a quick bend and this is where it's at for now

I've still got a long way to go but I'll get there one day lol!

And what I want for the back, also gonna go with the reciever s front and back with one winch to use front or back as needed

That's the start of half doors. I got more done today but was in a hurry and didn't get any good pics. Glad I could bring you some enjoyment I do the same thing thru many other people's build threads myself!

He is doing a half door mod, will be sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet


rex, i meant to ask, are you going to have these doors on a quick hinge system, so when you want to drive it lets say its raining...

I was born wet!! I'll have them easy to remove and install. I still have to figure out the wiring situation that will be the kicker in getting the uncut doors on and off quick but I have some ideas.

There are many ways, when I first did the tail lights, I used the 4 pin molex plugs that are used in computers, check a computer store, they sell some that have more than 4 pins, then you just seal the end with a good silicone where the wires go in, and where they go together, use a good bit of dialect grease.
Just a thought.

But do tell your ideas, I am all for learning more ways for wiring things up on quick connects.
