That is an amazing job environment you've got there. Sounds like a great boss, esp with the health insurance thing.

Yeah my boss is alright! I won't be leaving this job anytime soon. Not to mention I have been here 3.5yrs and I have already gotten $17.5k in annual raises and another $8k in bonuses

Decided I may as well go ahead and weld up my front hanger today since I feel confident that it is in a good place and will work out fine. I did everything with my Hobart 140 and flux for the penetration factor. Not the prettiest welds but I am certain that they won't be coming loose anytime ever lol. I did a root pass and then a high and low overlap pass on all of them and then I filled in all the space on the front and put a big fat weld across there as well.





I think it will do

Well thank you newguy! Just ordered my oil filter adapter so I can put the filter back on the block where it belongs and get the remote lines out of the way so I have room to mount my winch on top of the front crossmember.
