blue is much nicer...harder to read sometimes though.

and thats where the mod bug stopped me....or i thought....
how did you do this? i am not a fan of the green. and can you still dim it with the dimmer switch or is it always that bright?

that mod is easy.
take off the face plate
get a piece of either clear or blue plastic, cut to fit and there ya go
put face plate back on.

i used a piece of packaging plastic and a blue sharpie...i am a cheap bastard.

if your good with an exacto knife you can do the PRDNL and odometer to match.

ok, now that my winter wagon is back from summer pasture its time for a little update.
i have my steps on. unfortunately while doing them i realized i should have redone the frame again over the summer...looking nasty.

hardware was actually great quality.

if they do brake i am going to take them and beat them against a tree till i loose the strength to swing them. they seem solid...i jumped on them couple of times...plus lifetime warranty to boot...however those sh!tty bully steps were "lifetime" as well.

What brand are these ones? Both my stepmom and her ex husband had the Westin ones and they rusted through within 5 years. And he waxes his vehicles religiously!

Hey WARTHOGDRIVER How did you mount your tire carrier, i have one from the ZR2 and im trying to figure out how to mount it. Did you drill holes, use bolts from homedepot or lowes, and what types of brackets did you use to reinforce the inside with. Any tips or advice would be awesome, i need a place for my spare tire the roof isnt working out to well
