hey guys, this is the alternator i bought http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...1468&ppt=C0330
so i guess it was only a 100 amp but it is new not re manufactured,

so today i replaced the fuel filter on my blaZeR2 to try and get rid of the slightly rough idle im dealing with...however it didn't fix the problems, what other things should i try in order to get rid of this rough idle?

So i thought it was time for an update, today i dropped the fuel tank and had a new one ready to go in but figured i would kill two birds with one stone and try to figure out why my gauge isn't reading properly, so i pulled the sending unit out of the old tank, and with two of the GM fuel systems engineers at my side that had designed the system for my truck we began to troubleshoot, what we discovered was that the gauge wasn't operating between the usual 0-90 or 40-250 ohm range so i decided to replace the entire unit because it is still under warranty....so right now i have both tanks sitting in my garage waiting on the new sending unit...i will keep you all updated.

Thanks for Reading!!

i totally agree with the truck bed liner on the blazer. i did the whole bottom of my blazer with it. it has held up really good. i do have to do a little fabbing on the rocker panel but that will be easy. looks good. great job.

Yea I'm loving the look of the fenders with the Bedliner, and it's holding up great! I will be doing the rockers really soon, maybe even this weekend...I'm goig to sand them down, coat them with some rust preventing primer then bedline them...does that sound good to you?

Also, I realized I never updated this and told everyone I got the tank and new fuel pump in and they are working great, however I'm still having some battery drain issue even after replacing the instrument cluster....what a pain in the ***!

Looks great buddy! I'm not a fan of blaZeR2s because of the spectra gray fender flares but your looks great because of the rockers.

Good work IMO!

thanks! and i never liked the spectra grey fender flares either...thats why i painted mine black with a different type of bedliner(stupid choice to use a different type)...but the camera shot makes them like spectra great again haha
