Project: It's about time.

On my 2002 w/3 button 4x controls, there are 3 LED's soldered in place for the button lights, and one incandescent for illumination. I couldn't get the board off the base to unsolder the regular bulb (afraid of breaking something else), but the 3 LED's are a straight swap (no resistors required). They're the small ones tho
Also, if anyone else cares, the rear wiper/hatch release illumination is an incandescent soldered in place, there's enough room in there to fit a resistor on your LED.

Ok thanks, I just edited my post with that info.

So while helping Gio with his tail lights and seeing how awesome they turned out, I decided to copy him. I ordered the same leds and boards he got. They'll be here sometime next month.

Just curious what kind of price tag do those parts carry?

$8 for the bread boards.
$10 for 100 5mm superflux leds.
And some more for junkyard housings.
Edit: Gio just said he got 200 leds, so add another $10.

Well I got my new upper ball joints in today. Hopefully I have time tomorrow to do those and the idler arm.
