Excellent! I will be waiting to hear those dyno results to compare with mine!! You should be far above my 410 to the rear wheels.
Well i found the limitation of my current exhaust setup. With the full exhaust it made 420hp but seemed really choked up so i uncapped the exhaust cutout and it made 470hp and 470ft lbs torque. This was with the converter unlocked on a mustang dyno with a conservative tune. But she still has a lot in her.
Looks like true dual exhaust is now on the list.

Well, you know that 470 to the rear wheels could really be approaching 600 at the flywheel. Was that data corrected or uncorrected and what was the temp/weather like? What size are your primary tubes? They should be 1 3/4" or more for best results.
I'm curious what the dyno guy said about your ride.

I believe that was uncorrected. They were less worried about the numbers as just getting the tune right and the truck happy. The tuner even told me that his dyno is a "heart breaker" when it comes to numbers because of usually low numbers.
my primary header tubes are 1 5/8 to 2 1/2 collectors. But the main choke point is the y pipe and bendy tailpipe.
Im going to look into bigger 1 3/4 headers and a true dual exhaust to clear it up.
Both of the guys doing the tuning came back from the test drive smiling and laughing about how much fun it is to drive.
Also this thing now makes my stomach turn a bit with how hard it pulls.

Have you looked at the Hedman 1 3/4" full length Hustlers for the LS in the second gen S10 #45900. Not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive.
For yours I would go with those - they are stainless steel and about the same price as the ones I suggested. Tuning of headers doesn't matter with a supercharger so mid-length or full length won't matter anyways.
Well i got some work done and finally got it to the track.
I put a larger 92mm throttle body up top and swapped to the Hooker 1 3/4 headers with a dual 3in exhaust. Ill have to get some more pictures, but for now it just dumps in front of the rear axle. This is way too loud and drones too much for my liking.
Please ignore the junk plug wire protector that i need to replace haha.
The left header needed a little bit of love from my hammer to clear the steering shaft. I believe this is due to being a blazer and the engine sits 2in higher than the pickups that these were designed for.
I also swapped in the Yukon axles. They are not the strongest out there, but better than stock and were a direct replacement.
Here is my Eaton Truetrack limited slip. Much beefier unit than the factory carrier.
And here is the result when i can get her to hook. It lifts the front tires about 6in off the ground on the launch when it hooks. But most of the runs i was spinning off the line running mid to high 11s

Excellent! It's hooking very nicely. Very good 60', 1/8 mile ..... right on track for 11.2 ET. Is boost level adjustable? What tires? Was track prepped for race, or just a Test and Tune?
Here is my S10 for comparison. At 3200# with me and fuel so don't need quite as much horsepower. I finally managed to squeak into the 10's this year. Note that your 60' time was even better than mine! And you even have windshield wipers!!
If you want to bracket race, slow it down to 11.5 and you won't need to put a roll bar or cage in it.
