super duty front leafs
jeep yj leafs
toyota 4 inch lift leaf pack

im running jeep yj leafs with a full size truck helper leaf and it rides perfect up front

I believe you can just swap axle shafts to get the 6 lugs
#16
ill have to see how many leafs i can get a hold of from my buddy's jeep and go from there..
and i have the 6 lug axleshafts so ill look into that

This things going to ride reallllll rough. I like the build-a-leaf idea though, very inventive
You havnt said what axles youre running though...so we cant really discuss shaft swaps?
Edit: Just saw the other post...10 bolt from the K5..gotcha. I dont know much about that axle...but I would think there would be a little more to it than simply swapping shafts? Spline counts, shaft size, etc? Dunno though...keep posting pics and info!

i hope these can be of some assistance. good luck on the build! And the leafs up front truck rides like a dream. blazers are way to soft up front stock. my opinion..

rained today so couldnt weld..
got gussets and front hangers cut and clamped in place, shooting for tomorrow afternoon to weld everything in.
also still trying to figure out what to do with the backside of the front spring, couple ideas running through my head on how to box out the frame as easy, but as solid, as possible. any ideas ?
