The front axle shouldnt be too hard tou just have to pull the cv's out and theres like 4 bolts holding it onto the frame

True, but unless I'm mistaken, those are drawings, not actual install pics on a real truck and/or before/after on a truck, etc.

I am having a hard time taken torsion keys off ..i read somewhere i can adjust the stock keys enough to get the lift i need ...anyone know for sure??

You may be able to get close, but your truck will ride like it's on bricks.

and there are pics not drawings.. there is a drawing of the template u need to cut the differencial

the torion bars are siezed in so wont move in the front .. the keys are seized on the bars ..no matter how much i pound on them they wont come off

Probably a dumb question, but have you soaked them in PB blaster or a similar lubricating fluid, and/or tried heating them up to break up any rust that may be keeping them in place?
