Default Starting a blazer project in Germany

I just bought a second s-10 blazer I have a 1989 2 dr 4.3 and now a 1992 4 dr 4.3 I got both of them for 600 dollars and am using the 89 for spare parts. I am looking to do a straight axle swap on the 92 and finding a good axle in germany is hell. I need to know good ideas on lift kits bumpers wiches and such to get this thing started I will take care of the axles soon, and update as to which ones I dug up.

I'm from Switzerland owing a 2 Blazers 1994 models 4x4.

1 in perfect conditions some creaking underneath but no rust.
1 rosted away for spare parts.

Planning to replace rear axle shafts as they are worn out and redo interior and part of cabling.

Engine is planned in the future to get a nice polish (inside not outside)

Wish you success in finding the parts you look for.
