I can do this and I will do it for free. I will draw up a few different ideas and post them, this is going to take me a couple weeks if thats ok, only because I work and have two kids.... LOL I will post progress.

yea, no matter what im gunna get it done. if my parents let me ill get it done before i turn 18 good, if not ill do it the day i do turn 18 and just skip my finals

Speaking from someone with a full-sleeve tattoo, and a large tattoo on my right shoulder blade. Most "good" tattoo's you pay for, and rightfully so. Just go to a professional parlor, not someone's basement. Paying for a good tattoo and artist is much better IMO. I have over $1200 in tattoos, by the same artist.
As for the pain, I'm not a bulky guy but the worst one was the one on my shoulder blade.
The less the muscle or fat, the more it's going to hurt.
As for that drawing Bre, that's awesome. I would think you could get this tattoo done in one sitting, 2-4 Hrs. Max 450 bucks taxes in.
