What arethe best, most cost effient modifications I can make to my 1998 LS 4x4?

basic bolt ons. intake, exhaust, tb spacer. stuff like that.

As has been discussed many times, PCM tuning will give the most results combined with exhaust and perhaps intake.

Jacob, yeah bolt on's and and such. With PCM tuning, with like a JET tuner, or go to a shop and have it done?
