I heard throttle body blade mod would help gain some low end torque, havent tried it yet, any body ever done this before?

CAI are pretty pointless, the factory box breathes well enough.

exhaust will show little gain but worth it for future modifications

the throttle blade mod (where you remove the diffuser) is a good mod to do if you like touchy throttle response. i have done it.

the best bang for buck mods in order you should do them (my opinion)

1. Exhaust: your engine is pretty much a giant vacuum the faster it can push the air out the faster it can take its next breath. a high flow cat and a less restrictive muffler is a good place to start. headers are also a good option

2. (optional) CAI: the concept of a CAI system is to bring in colder denser air into your motor. this cannot be done by just throwing a filter on a stick and leaving it in the engine bay. so a heat shield is recommended to enclose the filter from the heat.

3. Throttle Blade Mod: this is still an iffy mod as no one that i have found and put the truck on a dyno before and after this mod.

4. A Tune. this is going to be your biggest bang for buck mod. getting your computer to respond to your new modifications is the only way to achieve the maximum gain. PCMforless is a good company and all but they can only give you a basemap tune. they dont know what your truck is doing and how its running. so they really cant get your the maximum power gain. The only way to do this is to put your truck on a dyno and get it reflashed by a professional.

now for huge power gains forced induction is really the only way to go. which is great but you cant just slap a compressor on anything and turn the key.
just depends on your goals

I just got rid of the loud clutch fan and put in an electric fan, quieter and will add 2-3 horsepower and increase your mileage. Also warms up faster in the winter

You will probably see the most 'noticeable' gains from switching fron the fan clutch setup to an efan setup, or by getting one of the mail order ECU tunes. Wait4me, PCMs For Less, and Black Bear are three that come to mind with good feedback on other forums.
