Default 05 blazer

05 blazer with 115k mi suspect its time for plugs, what is the highest quality plugs u would recommend? Been told to stay away from irridion by other blazer owners. Is that true? Bought it 2 05 18 with 102k on it. Is there a way I can chase down the maintenance history on it with the vin. Used the online service for a cost, but wasn't real helpful,
suspect it needs new shocks also, what do you guys reccomend and how do I verify the shocks are the original factory?.Always had good luck with parts geek shocks on my 97 blazer.

Default

AC Spark Plug
Part Number: 41-979
Double Platinum Spark Plug
All; Gap .060

Different suspension packages used different shock absorbers. The Blazer I had used Bilsteins, but other packages were different.

See a dealer service writer and give him your VIN to see if he can help with any maintenance done at a GM dealer.
