i have a 1994 s10 blazer 4x4 tahoei have been getting a rough idol and now a little vibration at 1100 RPM then smooths out again from there the only thing i have done differnt is new Valvalen Max life oil synthetic BLEND and AC Delco rapid fire platnum spark pugs i have had people tell me not to put in platnum plugs it seams to get up to temptuer quicker witch i like but i could chang back i am not sure what else it could be
