It all depends on what PCM/ECU setup your '95 has. If you have the OBD1.5 or OBD2 setups, it is going to be a nightmare. If it is straight up OBD1, it might not be too bad. Your transmission is all manual control (no PCM intervention) so you'll have to use the older ECU...
You'll want to get the wiring diagrams for both trucks and see what wiring you can weed out. It is not going to be a fun swap... That is for sure.

its a vortec so im guessin odb2 how would i find out??....and would stickn a intake and carb on it make it any easier???

That would do away with most all of the electronics. You would also have to put in an HEI distributor. I am not sure how happy the rest of the electronics in the truck would be, but that would be easier than trying to drop to TBI.
You may want to check with your local laws though. This type of swap may be illegal. You should find out before putting a lot of work into it.

im in ohio you can drive a car with vise grips as a steering wheel here haha i wouldnt even bother with the swap but the trans and engine is shot in the 95 but the body is choice and i didnt pay a dime for it and the 89 the body is toast a arms rotted frame tweaked but its the snappiest tbi ive drove and i got it dirt cheap so i figured id make one good fromn the both hmmmm over my head a bit but ill figure out somethin....thanks for the input

It would probably be less of a hassle to rebuild the motor and find a suitable trans.
If you had a 93 or 94, I would say that it wouldn't be too much trouble, but 95 is a bastard year.
If you have the OBD2 connector under the dash, you could either have the OBD1.5 setup or the full OBD2 setup.
