Question 1991 4x4 s10 blazer Tahoe, Warm Lack of acceleration/stall

1991 4.3L TBI 4x4 S10 Blazer Tahoe 96,000 Miles. New Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, Spark Plugs, Wires, Ignition Coil, ECT Sensor, Thermostat, Consistant 13psi Fuel Pressure, not over hearing (stays 205-210), New Air Filter, New Dist. Rotor and cap, No Engine codes.....When I'm driving to school 45 miles away she runs fine with no issues but when I make the return trip at about 80 miles total driving all day I lose acceleration after decelerating off the interstate. Then when I come to a complete stop she idles rough and sometime stalls. It will crank up just fine but occasionally stalls shortly after. If i leave it off for a few minutes it will crank right up and run fine for a few minutes and lose its acceleration and stall out again. I'm stumped on what this could be. I read a few articles about issues with the TCC but I'm not knowledgeable to really know for certain if this is a transmission issue or not. If anyone has experienced this is know what could be causing this issue please let me know. Thanks!
