Default 1997 Blazer Oil Leak

I just bought my 97 blazer and it was leaking oil from what looked like the oil lines so i replaced them all (230000 miles on the truck). now the front is dry but i am still dripping oil while the engine is running on the left (driver) side of the engine bay. could this be a oil pressure sender or a seal.

it could be but it also could be coming from the adapter o ring where your lines connect at the back of the block.

I had all the lines changed and from the block to the remote housing and to the radiator and they changed the quick release fittings as well would that o ring have been replaced then or not

check all the valve covers? The only place on drivers side that I could think of is the adapter lines to the block. Make sure your rear main isn't dripping from the weep hole on the torque converter cover as well....

Alot of times, if the adapter to the block is not put back just so, or, old o rings were reused, or if the bolts were not tightened properly, it will leak.

I would say they probably weren't cause you can change the lines without removing the adapter. You might ask them and see if they changed them.

the aftermaket seal they got was to thick they got a new one from the dealer now its is only leaking a little they think it my be the housing. The guy that owns the shop is looking at it tomorrow. I dropped the car off at his house and he is going to take care of that and the transfer case not fully disengaging on the passenger side one of the two switches is bad and he is replacing both for me.
