Cool 1997 blazer vaccum leak

i have a 1997 blazer with a vacuum leak on top of the of the motor where the wires from the harness go into the plastic intake right in back of the gas lines. i pulled the top of the wire cap off and wiggled the blue nipple caps around and the leak almost goes away is there a gasket to replace at this point under these 2 nipple caps there is alot of small wires there, i have failed emmisions has code Po507 idle above range /vacuum leak
