2002 manual transmission omg it wont come off...
i am in the process of taking my tranny off of my 02 blazer... i have taken off the y pipe, starter, drive shaft, and all the 15m bolts around the tranny to the engine... idk what else i have to take off i started pulling the tranny i got the bottom of it to come off like a half an inch but the top looks like something is holding it idk... i dont know a whole lot about this type of stuf but im very mechanicly inclined and low on money so im trying to do this myself i idk what else to do on it any help would be nice... the reason im taking the tranny off is to change the slave cylinder....

I just pulled my tranny(automatic) yesterday and it was a pain cause it was stuck.
Its been almost 20 years since doing this stuff. I had pulled and rebuild 6 or so turbo 350's and 400's and the tranny always about fell off.
No amount of yanking, wiggle etc.. would budge it. I sprayed the pins with PB blaster, may have helped idk. Ended up using a chisel in several spots to gently get a gap started. Then a large screwdriver gently tapping to pry it loose. Had to do one side then the other a bunch of times. The pins were rusty and made it super tight.
This was on 1999 4wd blazer.
Just a note...there are a couple places on the oil pan you don't dare pry against or you might break it.
