Ok here we go, when pressure is on with the ball valve i installed in place of the filter open it goes from 60 to 54 in a second and from 54 to 50 in about 1 minute and from there to 48 in a minute, now results with valve closed after pressure starts at 60 then goes down to 55 stop around 52 and stay for 10 minute.

What is the pressure while the pump is running?
What is the pressure 10 minutes after the pump shuts off?

That is borderline fail on both tests. It's not enough to cause a stall or hard starting, but if it gets any worse, it's a problem. Modify the pressure tester to connect directly to the ball valve that you installed. All pressure and flow must end at the tester. Open the ball valve and jumper the pump, with the pump running, pressure must be 73psi tp 108psi. It must remain above 55psi for at least 10 minutes after you remove the jumper wire. Post your results.

AC Delco cap & rotor? If not, better cross your fingers.
Better keep an eye on that fuel pump too, looks like it's about ready to take a dump.
